We are offering free programs and classes to our communities, companies, social organizations, and schools. You can often find us at fairs and exhibitions in Metro Manila and in various parts of the country. Our desire is to bring the knowledge and the experience of Sahaja Yoga to all those who desire to realize the incredible inner potential which is stored within each and every one of us.
